A3. Yes, as soon as you register you will have unlimited free play. Although you can't win money in free play, you will familiarize yourself with the games while sharpening your skills. The game rules and scoring systems in the free play are the same as the pay-to-play games.

Q8. How do I earn bonus dollars?
A8. Bonus Dollars are given, as a reward for making larger deposits into your account than you will probably use at one time. (The larger deposit reduces our credit card processing fees - and we pass the savings on to you). Bonus Dollars remain in your account to be used after you have used the deposit for which the Bonus Dollars were rewarded. The larger the deposit the more bonus dollars you will be given.

Bonus Dollars will be given as follows:
5 Bonus Dollars for a $ 50.00 Deposit
10 Bonus Dollars for a $100.00 Deposit
25 Bonus Dollars for a $200.00 Deposit
40 Bonus Dollars for a $300.00 Deposit

Q9. Are there minimum and/or maximum spending limits?
A9. Yes. To play requires a minimum of a $5.00 deposit to your account. In addition for your protection you are limited to depositing a maximum of $300.00 per day and $3,000.00 per month to your MegaDollarGames.com account.

Q10. What happens to my Bonus Dollars if I "cash-out" before I use my original deposit?
A10. If you "cash-out" before using your original deposit, we incur additional credit card processing charges so you will be forfeiting the Bonus Dollars you received for that deposit.

Q11. What happens when I win a cash prize?
A11. You will be notified immediately. Simultaneously the prize amount will immediately post to your account.

Q12. How do I qualify for the regularly scheduled $10,000 to &100,000 or more playoff tournaments?
A12. You must achieve a Silver, Gold, or Platinum ranking in Go-For-The-Gold Play.

Q13. If I do qualify for the playoff tournament, how will I know when the playoff tournament will be held?
A13. In addition to notification by e-mail, all tournament information will be posted on the Mega Dollar Games’ site. Typically playoff tournaments will be scheduled on the last Sunday of the month.

Q14. Is there an entry fee for the playoff tournaments?
A14. Yes, $25.00.

Q15. What if I qualify more than once for the playoff tournament?
A15. You will receive cash awards each time, but you can only play in a given playoff tournament once.  However you may enter as many playoff tournaments that you have qualified for.

Q16. Is there any U.S. states whose residents are ineligible to play?
A16. Yes, each state has its own legislation. To comply with particular state legislation, we do not allow residents of Arizona, Connecticut and Vermont to play on our site.

Q17. How old do I have to be to play on your site?
A17. You must be 18 years old; however if you reside in Nebraska or Alabama you must be 19 years old, and if you are a resident of Mississippi you must be 21 years old.

"Bonus Dollars" cannot be "Cashed Out", and all "Bonus Dollars" in your account will be forfeited if you "Cash-Out" any amount of the credit card purchases for which the "Bonus Dollars" were awarded. On a "Cash-Out" of winnings of $600.00 or more you will receive an email with a toll free number to call and provide your social security number, and other validation information in order for us to send you a 1099 as required by The Internal Revenue Service. Without the required information Mega Dollar Games can not process a "Cash-Out" of $600.00 or more.
