THE
CARDS:
1.
52 card deck.
2. Rank - Ace (high), K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.
THE
PLAY:
1. All Rounds consists of 3 hands, except Go-For-The-Gold, which consists of 5 hands.
2. Each player will be dealt thirteen (13) cards and the remainder
of the deck will be placed face down to form the stock from which
the players will draw.
3. The lead will alternate with each hand. The lead card may be
any suite except Hearts. Hearts may not be played until the suit
has been "broken" by a Heart being played in place of
a void suit on a previous trick, or if the player has no other
suit to lead.
4. Players must always follow suit if possible.
5. Tricks go to the player playing the highest card of the suit
led.
6. After each trick, the winner draws the top card of the stock,
and the opponent draws the next. Thus the hands are kept at thirteen
cards until the stock is exhausted. The winner of each trick will
lead next.
7. After the stock is exhausted the hands are played out until
all cards have been played.
SCORING:
1. After each hand, players receive one penalty point for each
Heart in tricks he/she takes and 13 penalty points if they have
taken a trick containing the Queen of Spades, ("The Black
Lady").
2. If you "Shoot the Moon" by taking all the Hearts
and the Queen of Spades, you will receive Zero (0) penalty points.
3. If you lose all tricks with Hearts and the Queen of Spades
you will recieve 26 penalty points.
4. To qualify for the Playoff Tournament, a player must obtain
a Silver, Gold or Platinum Status in one of the GO-For-The-Gold Rounds played.
HEARTS HEAD-TO-HEAD TOURNAMENT RULES
These tournament rooms are for 2, 4, and 7 persons and will close
when the entry limit has been reached at which time a new tournament
room will be opened. For example a 4-person tournament room will
close when the 4th person has entered, and a new 4-person tournament
room will open.

Once a player has netted $150.00
in winnings in Go For Gold Play, they will have attained Mega Player
Status and will not be able to participate in Go For Gold Play for 90 days.
Once a player achieves 2 Golds or 1 Platinum and
has netted $150.00 in Go For Gold Play,
they will have attained Superior Mega Player Status
and will not be eligible to participate in Go For Gold Play for a period of 180 days.
HEARTS JACKPOT TOURNAMENT RULES
There is no limit as to the number of players. The
Jackpot rises with each entry!
The
Daily Jackpot Tournament will end daily @ 4:00 AM EST, at which
time a new one will begin.
This tournament requires 15 or more entries to close. *
The
Weekly Jackpot Tournament will end every Sunday @ 4:00 AM EST,
at which time a new one will begin.
This tournament requires 30 or more entries to close. *
The
Semi-Weekly Jackpot Tournament will end every Sunday and Wednesday @ 4:00 AM EST,
at which time a new one will begin.
This tournament requires 30 or more entries to close. *
